First for Education are looking to recruit Special Needs Teaching Assistant Brierley Hill to work either day to day or on a long term basis at a fantastic special school in Brierley Hill.

Candidates must have the minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and be a hardworking team player. This Special Needs Teaching Assistant Brierley Hill role is ideal for candidates who are experienced working in special schools or alternatively looking to gain more experience in such a setting.

The school is an all age special school for up to 136 pupils aged 4-19. They provide an excellent education for pupils who have severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties including autism. These include pupils with complex medical conditions, physical and mobility difficulties and autism. A number of the children have behavioural difficulties arising from their condition and many have communication difficulties.

The expectation of all candidates working at this school is to be prepared every day for the possibility of taking swimming or PE and you must be comfortable with intimate care.
