SEND Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils across a variety of Telford schools.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff, you will provide both academic and emotional support to ensure every child feels included and valued.

We’re looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

You will ideally have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in a school, nursery, or care setting).

• A calm, adaptable approach and excellent communication skills.

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).

• A valid DBS certificate on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through First for Education.
