1:1 Teaching Assistant in Dudley

First for Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a role in one of our client schools in Dudley. This is for a position with a December start until July 2024. You will mainly be working with one child who has additional needs but there will be times where you will be required to support whole class or small group work as well.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification – Level 3 ideally but Level 2 is also ok for this role.
• Experience working 1-1 with children with SEND is desirable.
• A clear passion for helping children learn.
• Excellent punctuality and organisational skills.
• Passion for primary education.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service ideal (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
• 2x references to cover the prior 2 years.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
