This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or individuals with experience working with young people who want to gain valuable classroom experience and make a difference in local schools.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects and year groups

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive learning

• Encourage pupils to remain focused and engaged in their work

• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and behaviour

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, or coaching desirable)

• Confidence in managing classroom situations effectively

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A flexible, proactive, and professional attitude

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
