This role is perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teaching or other education roles.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher

• Supervise students across a variety of subjects and key stages

• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Encourage pupils to remain engaged and focused throughout the lesson

• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and behaviour

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, or coaching desirable)

• Confidence in leading and managing a classroom

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A flexible, proactive, and professional attitude

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
