Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting students in a secondary school environment?
First for Education are working closely with a range of excellent secondary schools across Birmingham, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield to recruit skilled and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistants.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, confident in the classroom, and ready to make a positive impact on students’ learning and wellbeing.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across various subjects and key stages
Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to help raise attainment
Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource preparation
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Support students with additional learning needs (SEND experience desirable)
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
