Teaching Assistant in Dudley

First for Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a role in one of our client schools in Dudley. This is for a position with a September start and will initially be until the December half term break but this may get extended. You will mainly be working with the class as a whole, but there will be times where you will be required to do 1-1 or small group work as well.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification – Level 3 ideally but Level 2 is also ok for this role.
• Experience working 1-1 with children with SEND is desirable.
• A clear passion for helping children learn.
• Excellent punctuality and organisational skills.
• Passion for primary education.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service ideal (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
• 2x references to cover the prior 2 years.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
