First for Education will find you work experience as a Cover Supervisor (Unqualified Teacher) in a variety of school settings, where you will enjoy flexible working hours and a competitive weekly pay.

We are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants to work with our schools and academies in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Staffordshire, Telford, & Shropshire.

We place the emphasis on:

• Providing support for our candidates both inside and outside the classroom.
• We operate a fully flexible approach to your working timetable for you to enable you to fit work in around your lifestyle/commitments and you are free to choose whether you want to work 1 or 5 days a week.
• Wherever practical, we attempt to keep your commuting distance as small as possible. We aim to regularly place you in schools within a 3-mile radius of your home, but never further than 10 unless you will travel further..

All our staff who register with us must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.

All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant.

All Unqualified Teachers- Black Country must have:

• • Enhanced DBS
  • Two references
  • Qualification checks
  • Entitlement to work checks
  • Proof of ID
