Job title: SENCo
First for Education are seeking an experienced and committed Teacher with either the SENCo qualification or a strong background in SEN to join a new special school in Wolverhampton, supporting pupils with additional needs, specifically Autism, ADHD and Challenging Behaviour to access learning and achieve their potential.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working within a specialist SEN provision. You will shape the school’s ethos in conjunction with the senior leadership team, oversee the day-to-day operation of the SEND policy, and design bespoke support plans for the schools pupils aged between 11 and 16.
