Job title: SEN HeadTeacher
First for Education are working with a new 11 – 16 SEN school located in Wolverhampton that are looking to appoint Head Teacher to join them from September 2026. The school caters for pupils with Autism, ADHD and SEMH. It has recently opened its doors and is rapidly building towards full capacity.
The school are looking for an inspirational and compassionate leader with a strong commitment to inclusion and outstanding outcomes for children with additional needs. The successful candidate will have the vision and determination to establish a nurturing, ambitious and therapeutic learning environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
As Headteacher, you will:
We welcome applications from experienced Headteachers and ambitious senior leaders with substantial leadership experience in primary, secondary or all through specialist SEND or alternative provision setting.
