Lunchtime Supervisor
Join First for Education! We’re currently seeking caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors in Stourbridge for full-time and part-time interim roles with an immediate start! Compliance checks required.
What we’re looking for:
You may be looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real difference to a child’s school day. Lunchtime Supervisors play a vital role in supporting pupils during the lunch break, ensuring a safe, happy, and well-organised environment.
The ideal candidate will:

• Be friendly, patient, and approachable
• Have a good understanding of working with children
• Be able to manage behaviour in a calm and fair manner
• Ensure the safety and welfare of pupils at all times
• Be reliable and punctual
• Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
• Provide 2x references

All our staff must hold a valid, enhanced DBS. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service, or you must apply for a new one – we can help with that. All new staff are interviewed by a First for Education consultant.
