Job title: SEN Teaching Assistant
First for Education seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Dawley, Telford, supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and Challenging Behaviour.
This is a full-time, long-term position, working with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication and personal development.
The school caters for pupils with a needs focused on SEMH and ADHD and associated needs and difficulties. They provide a highly supportive environment with experienced staff and access to specialist training. This is a role where you will find challenging behaviour and need thick skin, but the rewards can be incredible.
