First for Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Pershore, seeking a committed and inspiring English specialist to join their team for a full-time role from September to December 2025.

📘 Role Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature to students in KS3 and KS4

• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative, challenging, and well-structured lessons

• Monitor and assess student progress and provide timely feedback

• Contribute to departmental planning, CPD, and enrichment activities

• Work closely with the SLT, SEND and pastoral teams to ensure pupil success

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment in line with the school’s values

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for English

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners

• A team player who is keen to contribute to whole-school initiatives

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
