Salary: £100 – £210 per day (depending on experience)

We are working in partnership with a well-regarded Secondary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Birmingham to recruit an Alternative Provision Teacher who can engage, motivate, and inspire learners who may display challenging behaviours or have faced barriers to mainstream education.
What to Expect:
This is an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to teach small groups of 7–10 students, with the support of a Teaching Assistant. You’ll be working in a dynamic and flexible setting that values strong relationships, emotional resilience, and consistent boundaries.
