We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to support young learners in a nurturing and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality early education, fostering children’s development, and creating a positive learning experience.

What we’re after :

• Excellent planning & communication
• Level 2 or above in Education or Childcare
• Passion for education
• Enhanced DBS required
• References to cover the last 2 years (minimum of 2)

The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

Key responsibilities :

• Creating a safe and stimulating environment while providing targeted support
• Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Assist with classroom activities
• Assisting with behaviour management and supervising children during activities
