Lunchtime Supervisor

📍 Location: Solihull and surrounding areas
📅 Start: September 2025
🕐 Hours: Part-time (Mon–Fri, typically 11:30am–1:30pm)

Do you have a calm, caring nature and enjoy supporting children and young people? We’re looking for Lunchtime Supervisors to work in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools across the Solihull area.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a dedicated school team, helping to provide structure and support during the school day.

About the Role:

• Supervise children during lunch breaks in the dining hall and playground

• Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, SEMH and complex learning difficulties

• Encourage positive social interaction and inclusive play

• Promote a safe, nurturing and calm lunchtime environment

• Assist with mobility, feeding or personal care where required (training provided if necessary)

You’ll Need:

• A patient and compassionate approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with children or young people is ideal – particularly in SEND or school settings

• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
