We are working with a dedicated and supportive specialist provision in the Birmingham area, seeking a qualified SENCO to join their team on a part-time basis – ideal for someone looking to stay connected to SEND leadership while maintaining flexibility.

πŸ• About the Role:
This is a part-time opportunity, requiring a regular weekly commitment. The school is open to discussing which day works best to suit your availability. You’ll be joining a passionate team and helping to shape inclusive, pupil-centred practice for learners with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH and communication difficulties.

πŸ” Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update EHCP reviews and SEND documentation

  • Work collaboratively with SLT and external professionals

  • Support staff with inclusive strategies and interventions

  • Ensure the school continues to meet statutory SEND requirements

βœ… Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds the NASENCO qualification

  • Has experience working within specialist or SEND-focused settings

  • Brings confident communication and leadership across staff and professionals

  • Is available for a consistent weekly commitment
