English Teacher – Wolverhampton

First For Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Wolverhampton. This is a part-time role (Monday to Wednesday) to cover on an interim basis, with the opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent post. This position is for an immediate start.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with curriculum requirements.

• Inspire a love for literature and language, while supporting students’ progress and attainment.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching English at secondary level.

• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.

• A commitment to raising standards and ensuring every student achieves their potential.
