Primary Teacher 

First for Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Worcester, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner or an enthusiastic ECT looking to start or grow their teaching career.

We are looking for someone who can deliver engaging lessons, foster a love of learning, and help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.

The Role:

• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (placement based on experience and preference)

• Planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons

• Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment

• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have recent classroom experience in Primary education

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation

• Be committed, flexible, and enthusiastic

• Be confident in supporting the progress of all learners
