Primary Teacher

First For Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas and is currently recruiting Primary Teachers to join our supply and long-term teams.

You must hold a QTS status to be considered for this position

The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff

• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• A flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable approach

• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
