Reception Teacher – Malvern

First For Education are currently recruiting a nurturing and creative Reception Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years practitioner who is committed to providing children with a strong foundation for their educational journey.

The Role

As a Reception Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support children’s early development in phonics, literacy, numeracy, and social skills

  • Observe, assess, and monitor progress in line with EYFS expectations

  • Work closely with teaching assistants and parents to support each child’s development

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

  • Has experience within Early Years or Reception (desirable but not essential)

  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment framework

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and nurturing skills

  • Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to early childhood development
