First for Education are currently seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Breakfast Club/After School Club Teaching Assistants to support schools across Dudley/Sandwell. You’ll play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children at the end of the school day, supporting a range of activities including play, homework, and social interaction.

What we are looking for: Are you passionate about supporting children in a school environment and looking for flexible work where you can make a real difference? We are seeking dedicated After School Club Teaching Assistants who thrive in a busy, friendly, and structured setting.

The ideal candidates will be reliable, caring, and attentive, with a commitment to ensuring children feel safe, supported, and engaged after school. You’ll need good time management, strong organisational skills, and a positive, proactive approach to help deliver a fun and structured after school programme.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (school or club setting preferred)
  • Enhanced DBS check required
  • 2 professional references

All our staff must hold a valid enhanced DBS. We can cross-check a current one via the DBS Update Service or support you in applying for a new one. All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant to ensure the best fit for our schools.
