Education Leadership Launch
We are delighted to announce our Leadership Recruitment launch. This is a new bespoke service that focuses on sourcing and hiring school leaders. Although there is a widely recognised shortage of education leaders, we feel there are still many talented people within the sector. Since we have grown our leadership network over the last few years, we feel now is the time we can make a real difference. We have invested in creating our new team and feel excited to make a difference to school leader careers.

Eddie announced that Christian Walshe was appointed to lead the new national and international brand, stated the following.

We will ensure the right person is able to be placed into the right role, ultimately impacting on the positive learning experience for pupils.”

Christian, who has worked in a variety of senior positions in education recruitment for the last decade, said the following.
“I have worked for ten years in education recruitment, working across all sectors and building partnerships with MAT and school leaders. I felt it was apparent that a specialist partner was needed to assist with the challenging, non-educational task of recruiting leaders, Importantly, placing the right education leaders into schools, benefits pupils, staff, and the community. Joining Operam Education Group gave me the opportunity to create a bespoke innovative service. I will now be able to support educational settings in appointing the right leaders in a more efficient way that offers true value for money. We are committed to customer service.
