Catering Assistant

What we are looking for:

Are you passionate about supporting children in a school environment and looking for flexibility in your work while making a real difference to their daily experience? We are seeking dedicated School Catering Assistant who thrive in a busy, friendly, and organised kitchen environment.

The ideal candidates will be reliable, well-organised, and committed to providing safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals for children. You’ll need excellent time-keeping, strong organisational skills, and a positive, proactive attitude to help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming dining experience.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification preferred

• Genuine passion for working in a school catering environment

• Enhanced DBS check required

• 2 professional references

All our staff, including catering supply staff who register with us, must hold a valid enhanced DBS. We can cross-check a current one via the DBS Update Service, or support you to apply for a new one. All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant to ensure the best fit for our schools.
