This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are eager to develop their classroom skills and make a difference in education.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans during teacher absences

• Supervise classes across a variety of subjects and year groups

• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

• Encourage pupils to stay focused and engaged in their work

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young people (in schools, tutoring, coaching, or youth work is desirable)

• Confidence and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• A flexible and proactive approach

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
