Salary: £85 – £150 per day (depending on experience)

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Supervise students across a range of subjects and key stages

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain focused on learning

• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and behaviour

• Support the school community and help create a positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Confidence in managing classroom situations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and adaptability in different subjects and settings

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
