First for Education is seeking a dedicated and creative Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Halesowen from September 2025. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to engage students in the performing arts and make a real impact within a supportive school community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to express themselves, build confidence, and develop their performance skills. You’ll also be encouraged to support school productions and contribute to the wider creative life of the school.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for the performing arts and developing young talent
