Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant, sales professional, or someone with experience working in schools or SEND settings looking for a new challenge?

First For Education is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a warm desk with existing school relationships while developing your own network of schools and education professionals.

You will be working with schools to support their staffing needs across ad-hoc supply, short-term cover, long-term roles and permanent placements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a warm desk with established school relationships
• Recruiting teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
• Placing candidates into daily supply, long-term and permanent roles
• Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Developing new business opportunities with local schools
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment

Who This Role Would Suit

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant or someone with experience working in mainstream schools or SEND settings who wants a career change
• Used to working in sales or target-driven roles
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Motivated by earning commission and achieving targets
