First For Education are currently recruiting a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to work with one of our valued partner secondary schools in the Worcester area. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to developing students’ literacy, confidence, and love of English.

You must hold a QTS status to be considered for this position

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Inspire students through creative and inclusive teaching approaches

• Maintain a positive learning environment and high standards of behaviour

• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS/QTLS

• Has experience teaching English in a UK secondary school (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Is committed, reliable, and passionate about student progress

• Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices
