First For Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Wolverhampton. This is a part-time role (Monday to Wednesday) to cover on an interim basis, with the opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent post. This position is for an immediate start.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.
Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with curriculum requirements.
Inspire a love for literature and language, while supporting students’ progress and attainment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching English at secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.
A commitment to raising standards and ensuring every student achieves their potential.
