First For Education is proud to be working with a vibrant secondary school in Rowley Regis, seeking a dedicated and engaging Geography Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an ECT with a real enthusiasm for Geography and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.
Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students of all abilities
Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policy
Collaborate with a supportive Humanities department and wider school team
Contribute to enrichment opportunities and field trips where applicable
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Has a strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Geography
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
Is committed to the progress and well-being of all students
Is proactive, adaptable, and works well as part of a team
