KS2 Teacher – Redditch

First For Education are currently recruiting a motivated and committed KS2 Teacher for a supportive and welcoming primary school in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is eager to make a positive impact within Key Stage 2 and help pupils thrive academically and personally.

The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively

• Prepare pupils for statutory assessments where applicable

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for learners

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2

• Demonstrates strong classroom management and behaviour strategies

• Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
