First For Education are currently recruiting a motivated and committed KS2 Teacher for a supportive and welcoming primary school in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is eager to make a positive impact within Key Stage 2 and help pupils thrive academically and personally.
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
Prepare pupils for statutory assessments where applicable
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for learners
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Demonstrates strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards
Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
A dedicated consultant who provides ongoing support throughout your placement
