The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in KS3 and KS4, including 1:1 and small group interventions

• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

• Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning attitudes

• Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs

• Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating school environment

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

• Previous experience supporting pupils in a secondary school setting

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
