Lunchtime Supervisor role in Worcester

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-managed lunchtime. You’ll help with supervising children in dining areas, playgrounds, and during transitions — supporting schools in creating a positive lunchtime experience.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Caring and approachable

• Punctual and reliable

• Able to manage and support groups of children

• Confident in following school policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children preferred (School setting desirable but not essential)

• Good communication and behaviour management skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Enhanced DBS required

• Two professional references required

All our staff must hold a valid, enhanced DBS. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service, or you must apply for a new one – we can help with that. All new staff are interviewed by a First for Education consultant.
