Lunchtime Supervisor

First for Education are currently seeking friendly, reliable, and energetic Lunchtime Supervisors to join us supporting schools across Dudley/Sandwell. You’ll play a key role in supporting the school’s lunchtime experience, helping to create a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised environment for children during their break.

We have full-time and part-time interim opportunities available, with an immediate start for the right candidate. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful contribution to the school community while being part of a supportive and caring team.

What we are looking for:
Are you passionate about supporting children in a school environment and looking for flexibility in your work while making a real difference to their daily experience? We are seeking dedicated Lunchtime Supervisors who thrive in a busy, friendly, and well-organised school setting.

The ideal candidates will be reliable, attentive, and committed to ensuring children have a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You’ll need excellent time-keeping, strong organisational skills, and a positive, proactive attitude to help maintain a calm, safe, and welcoming dining and play environment. 

Requirements:

• Lunchtime supervision experience preferred
• Enhanced DBS check required
• 2 professional references

All our staff, including catering supply staff who register with us, must hold a valid enhanced DBS. We can cross-check a current one via the DBS Update Service, or support you to apply for a new one. All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant to ensure the best fit for our schools.
