Do you have a calm, caring nature and enjoy supporting children and young people? We’re looking for Lunchtime Supervisors to work in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools across the Solihull area.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a dedicated school team, helping to provide structure and support during the school day.
Supervise children during lunch breaks in the dining hall and playground
Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, SEMH and complex learning difficulties
Encourage positive social interaction and inclusive play
Promote a safe, nurturing and calm lunchtime environment
Assist with mobility, feeding or personal care where required (training provided if necessary)
A patient and compassionate approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with children or young people is ideal – particularly in SEND or school settings
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
