Maths Teacher – Specialist SEND provision

We are working closely with a dedicated specialist provision that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. They are seeking a passionate and adaptable Maths Teacher to join their team and deliver meaningful learning to pupils who benefit from a more personalised approach to education.

About the role:

• Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons across KS3 and/or KS4
• Plan and adapt resources to meet a wide range of abilities and EHCP outcomes
• Use a trauma-informed and pupil-centred approach to support behaviour and emotional regulation
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to create a nurturing, consistent learning environment

About you:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• Experience teaching Maths is essential; experience in SEND settings is highly desirable
• Calm, creative and confident in adapting teaching to support a wide variety of needs
• A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting young people who may not thrive in mainstream education
