Are you an engaging and passionate MFL Teacher with the ability to inspire students to develop confidence in speaking, listening, and writing in another language?
Do you have experience delivering French, Spanish or both at secondary level?
First for Education is working closely with a number of welcoming and high-achieving secondary schools across the West Midlands to recruit skilled Modern Foreign Languages Teachers. We are seeking subject specialists in French, Spanish, or a combination of both for long-term, full-time positions.
Deliver creative and well-structured French and/or Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Encourage students to enjoy learning languages and embrace international cultures
Differentiate instruction to support learners of varying ability levels
Track and support pupil progress through assessment and targeted feedback
Work as part of the MFL department and contribute to wider school life
Competitive daily pay: £150 – £240 (based on experience and assignment)
Long-term placements with the potential for temp-to-perm roles
Free CPD including behaviour management and safeguarding training
Ongoing support from a dedicated subject-specialist consultant
Access to a broad network of secondary schools across the West Midlands
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Specialism in French, Spanish, or both
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for language learning and cultural education
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
