The role of Pastoral Support Worker requires a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will monitor pupils’ emotional needs, deliver targeted interventions, and ensure every child feels safe, valued, and supported throughout the school day.
Experience in a similar Pastoral Support Worker position or in youth work, counselling, or behaviour support is highly desirable. However, what matters most is your dedication, reliability, and genuine passion for helping children thrive. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided to help you grow and succeed as a Pastoral Support Worker within our supportive school community.
