PE Teacher – Redditch

💷 Salary: £150 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)
📘 Contract: Full-time, until the end of the autumn term.

Are you an enthusiastic and dynamic PE Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of young people?
First for Education are seeking a dedicated teacher of Physical Education for a secondary school in Redditch. This is a full-time role beginning in September 2025 and running until December 2026.

This position would suit either an experienced teacher or a confident ECT, passionate about motivating students and promoting the importance of health, fitness, and teamwork.

The role:

• Teach engaging and inclusive lessons across KS3 and KS4 PE curriculum

• Deliver both practical and theory lessons, with an emphasis on participation and achievement

• Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and activities

• Inspire pupils to build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong interest in sport

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the PE department and wider school

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Specialism in PE (with strong subject knowledge across sports and theory)

• Recent experience teaching in a secondary school setting

• A teacher who is organised, approachable, and highly motivated

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
