Salary: £85 – £100per day (Depending on experience & qualifications)

We are looking for caring, committed, and confident Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Worcestershire. Whether you’re seeking a long-term post, daily supply, or flexible part-time work, we have opportunities to suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• Working with children in small groups or one-to-one, especially those needing extra support

• Helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Assisting with classroom preparation, activities and behaviour management

• Supporting pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEND)

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent childcare/education qualification)

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (voluntary or paid)

• A nurturing, adaptable and proactive approach

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
