Primary Teacher

First For Education is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to work in welcoming and well-supported primary schools across Stourport. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is dedicated to inspiring young learners and delivering high-quality teaching.

We are looking for teachers who can create engaging lessons, build positive relationships with pupils, and contribute to a warm, inclusive school environment. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, depending on your experience and preference.

You must hold a QTS to be considered for this position 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Assess pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback

• Work closely with support staff and wider school teams

• Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies

• Foster a love of learning and promote pupil well-being

• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are upheld at all times

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status

• Experience teaching in primary settings (EYFS/KS1/KS2)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A creative, dedicated and adaptable approach

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
