Primary Teacher 

First for Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work in a welcoming and well-regarded school in the Redditch area. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to build your classroom confidence, we want to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team, deliver engaging lessons, and help pupils reach their full potential.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.

The Role:

• Teaching a Primary class (EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience)

• Planning and delivering inclusive, creative lessons

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly

• Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

• Working as part of a collaborative and supportive staff team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Has recent experience teaching in UK Primary settings

• Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing approach

• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development

• Flexible, reliable, and committed to making a difference
