First For Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to work in a primary school in Kidderminster supporting in Upper KS2. This is an Ofsted rated GOOD school, which is focussed on ensuring pupils and staff have access to the best facilities and the best opportunites to enjoy learning!
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is dedicated to inspiring young learners and delivering high-quality teaching.

We are looking for a teacher who can create engaging lessons from set planning, build positive relationships with pupils, and contribute to an inclusive school environment.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT looking for support and development, we’d love to hear from you.

You must hold QTS to be considered for this position 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
• Work closely with support staff and wider school teams
• Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies
• Foster a love of learning and promote pupil well-being
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are upheld at all times

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
• Experience teaching in primary settings, ideally within upper KS2 (this can be from placements)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A creative, dedicated and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
