Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Northfield area of Birmingham?
First for Education are recruiting skilled and enthusiastic English specialists to teach across KS3 and KS4. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are ready to inspire students in English Language and Literature.
As an English Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Support pupil progress through effective planning, teaching and assessment
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Contribute to departmental planning and the wider school community
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS via PGCE
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A passion for inspiring and motivating students
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
