Are you a qualified SENCO ready to make a meaningful impact in a school that values inclusion and tailored support?

FFE is working in partnership with a school seeking a committed and experienced SENCO to join their team as soon as possible. This is a vital leadership role within the school, supporting pupils with special educational needs across a range of key stages.

The Role:

As the school’s SENCO, you will:

  • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
  • Oversee and coordinate EHCPs, interventions, and external agency liaison
  • Support staff in delivering inclusive teaching and differentiated learning
  • Be a key part of the school’s SLT, contributing to strategic planning and pupil progress

 Requirements:

  • SENCO qualification (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in a SENCO or inclusion lead role
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
