Salary: £140 – £220 per day (Depending on subject and experience)

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Secondary School Teachers across a range of subjects to work in schools throughout Worcestershire. Whether you specialise in Maths, Science, English, Humanities, MFL, PE, or another subject, we have a variety of opportunities available – from long-term placements to flexible daily supply.

These roles are perfect for both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build their classroom experience and gain exposure to different school environments.

The Role Will Involve:

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages academic progress and personal development

• Planning, assessing and differentiating work to meet the needs of all students

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and professionally

• Contributing to departmental planning, meetings, and extracurricular activities (in long-term roles)

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome

• Subject specialism in one or more secondary curriculum areas

• Recent experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills

• A flexible, proactive, and student-focused attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
