The Role

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject area

• Support and track pupil progress across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Contribute to department planning and wider school life

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A commitment to supporting young people to achieve their best

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
