Support Students’ Success as a Secondary Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people in the classroom? First for Education is recruiting dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in the West Midlands. This role is perfect for individuals with experience working with children or those looking to begin a career in education.

Role Overview:

  • Provide in-class support to students and teachers.
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional help.
  • Support students with SEN, EAL, or behaviour needs.
  • Assist with classroom preparation and general duties.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant preferred, but not essential).
