Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across KS3 and KS4.

• Support the class teacher in preparing resources and managing the classroom.

• Assist with the learning and development of students, including those with additional needs.

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (secondary school experience desirable).

• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting students’ learning and wellbeing.
