What you’ll be doing:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to SEMH pupils
Developing personalised learning and behaviour support plans
Working closely with SENCOs, therapists, other teachers, families, and support staff
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Creating a calm, positive classroom environment
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in SEMH or related special educational needs
Strong behaviour management skills and emotional resilience
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
A commitment to nurturing pupils’ well-being alongside academic success
