What we are looking for:

Are you passionate about early years education and looking for flexibility in your work life while making a real difference to children’s learning and development? We are seeking dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants who thrive in a busy, creative classroom environment.

The ideal candidates will be reliable, well-organised, and committed to supporting children to reach their full potential. You’ll need excellent time-keeping, strong organisational skills, and a positive, proactive attitude to help create a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Relevant EYFS Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Genuine passion for early years education

  • Enhanced DBS check required

  • 2 professional references

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid enhanced DBS. We can cross-check a current one via the DBS Update Service, or support you to apply for a new one. All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant to ensure the best fit for our schools.
